Parents will receive resources for continuing to practice at home or on how to make an appointment to continue primitive reflex work with Coach Belle.
Intro to Submissions
This submission grappling intensive is designed to help beginning students prepare for submissions and intermediate classes with more 1:1 attention. The four-day course will review the mechanics and biology of submissions including joint manipulations (e.g., arm bars) and chokes. This intensive is strictly for beginners looking to gain familiarity and comfort with submissions.
Submission Transitions from Control Positions
This submission grappling intensive is designed to help INTERMEDIATE students expand their submission skills with more 1:1 attention. The four-day course will review the mechanics of transitioning between multiple submission attempts from a single position (e.g., multiple arm locks from mount), with a focus on developing the body mechanics to control a partner from the top. Students will learn how to chain submissions for greater success in finishing an opponent.
